Problème de sédentarité ou problème d'obésité, nous vous demandons donc d'organiser un évènement sportif dans votre communauté afin de relancer ce sentiment d'appartenance et de redonner aux gens le goût du sport.
Organiser un évènement sportif demande une préparation en amont qui comporte plusieurs étapes. Il est nécessaire de monter une équipe d’organisateur et de respecter différentes règles ainsi qu’obtenir des autorisations. La sécurité est aussi un domaine à prendre en considération.
En groupe de 3 ou 4 personnes et en suivant les étapes ci-dessous, proposer un événement sportif:
- l'organisation de cet évènement sportif: le nom, le type d'activités, le lieu, la date, le nombre de participants
- planifier un financement pour cet évènement
- décrire les rôles de chaque personne dans cette organisation (comptable, sécurité, direction, planification...): il est nécessaire que ...., il est important que ...
- comment allez-vous mobiliser la foule? Programme de publlicité? Communication?
