A syllabus is a contract between you and me that lays out how the course will go: expectations, late policy, grading, getting help, etc. You'll have a syllabus for every class in college, and you should treat it like a reading assignment and read it.
Pro-tip: Treat reading the syllabus like it's part of your grade- sometimes it is!
