We have told about ourselves and asked someone questions about themselves. Now we will learn how to tell about someone else.
¿Cuál es su nombre? / ¿Cómo se llama él / ella?
1) Se llama Rubén. / Se llama María.
2) Este es Rubén. / Esta es María. - Note the use of ¨este¨ to refer to a male and ¨esta¨ to refer to a female.
3) Este es mi amigo Rubén. / Esta es mi amiga María.
¿De dónde es?
1) Él es de Colombia. / Ella es de México.
Introduce someone to another person or group. Include telling where they are from.
If you are introduced to someone, make sure you tell them it is nice to meet them. When someone tells you, make sure to respond.
