The point is clarity and making sure your reader understands what your trying to say.
This unit is going to focus on the most common grammar problems students have in first year writing classes. Not every single rule because that would take forever and honestly most of them are not needed at this level.
The goal is not to be perfect, its to have more control over your sentences.
