    tareas domésticas

Actividad comunicativa: ¿Cómo es tu hogar ideal?

Have a conversation about what your ideal home is like.

Get with a group of four students. Pretend you are sharing an apartment or house and you have to buy things for the house. You only have $2,000 total to purchase things. The house does come with a refridgerator, stove, washer, and dryer. It does not come furnished though. In preparation go to a website in Spanish that sells household items . Here are some options:

    El Corte Inglés

Now, get with your group. Each student will share what they would like to buy. Then, you may have to compromise until everybody comes to an agreement. Make sure to stay in Spanish. You already know how to do this in English. If you need to ask how to say something in Spanish, ask: ¨¿Cómo se dice _____ en español? ¨ Then, repeat what you need to in Spanish. Pay attention to when you may need the subjunctive.

ejemplos: 1) Quiero que compremos un sofá.

    2) Creo que debemos comprar cuatro camas. (I think we should buy four beds.)

    3) No estoy de acuerdo. (I don´t agree.)
