    Writing

Write two short paragraphs to include the answers to the following questions. Pay attention to verb tenses: all information about 'before you came to the U.S.' should be in the past. The information in the second part, 'since you came to the U.S.', should be in the present perfect tense.

Before you came to the US:

    1. Where did you live?

    2. Who did you live with?

    3. What did you do during the week?

    4. What did you do on the weekends?

    5. Did you have an easy life? Explain.

    6. What did you do with your friends?

    7. Were you happy? Explain.

Since you came to the US:

    1.Where have you lived?

    2.What have you done?

    3.How has your life changed?

    4.Have you been happy? Explain.

    5.Has life been easy? Explain.

    6.Have you learned anything new?
