    1. What are some of the most common psychological and physical symptoms of communication apprehension, and why do our bodies react this way when speaking in public?
    2. Which of the four types of communication apprehension, trait, context, audience, or situational do you identify with most, and why?
    3. How can adopting a growth mindset change your approach to public speaking, and what are some practical strategies for shifting your thinking from fear to opportunity?
    4. What role does preparing both physically and mentally play in managing public speaking anxiety, and which preparation strategies do you find most helpful?
    5. Think about a time when you felt nervous about speaking. What were the triggers, and which techniques (such as systematic desensitization or cognitive restructuring) might have helped in that situation?
