    REVIEW

    Gerund as a subject:

    → ______________________ is fun.

    → ______________________ is expensive.

     

    Gerund after certain verbs:

    [e.g., dislike, enjoy, miss, ...] → I enjoy __________________ with friends.

     

    Gerund in ‘go’ expressions:

    Sports: go swimming, go jogging, ... → I often go _______________ to stay healthy.

    Free-time activities: go shopping, go dancing, ... → I like to go ___________ with friends on the weekends.

     

    Gerund after a preposition:

    [verb + preposition + gerund] → I dream about ______________________.

    [adjective + preposition + gerund] → I am good at ___________________.

     

    Gerund in an adverbial:

    [in phrases with: after, before, by, without, ...] → You can’t do well on tests without __________________.
