Note:
开门 (lit. “open the door”), and关门 (lit. “close the door”) are the common expressions to indicate the open hours of establishments.
上午usually refers to the time between 9 am and noon.
半夜 refers to late night, generally between 12 am midnight to 2 am.

Note:
喂 is the expression people use to speak on the phone, the same as “hello” or “hey” in English.
早上 refers to early morning, generally before 9:00 am.
下午 usually between 1 pm and 5 pm is called 下午. 11:30 am to 1 pm is the lunchtime in China, and called 中午 (zhōngwǔ, noon).
休息 lit. “rest.” In this context, 休息 implies the company office is closed, since the staff rests on Sundays.
