The condizionale is used to express polite requests, imaginary hypotheticals, and wishes or desires.
Conjugations
Regular verbs
When we form the conjugations in the conditional, we only remove the final -e before adding the same endings for all verbs forms (regular and irregular), exactly like we do with the future. In fact, the conditional and the future share the same roots! Like the future, -are verbs undergo a spelling change: the -a changes to -e before we add the endings. So, -are and -ere verbs are identical in their conjugations in the conditional as well.
