The project leads consider that they may need to account for varying levels of technology access and proficiency, and differing educational backgrounds. What other things might they need to consider?
A few things to consider:
- Not every culture is equally willing to share their information and resources. Some find it to be very personal, or have a history of other cultures stealing from them.
- Not every culture may agree on how to share or experience information: such as putting it online.
