    Note:

满 in this phrase literally means the private rooms are “full, and not available.”

才 an adverb, is used only after a verb to indicate “late,” and similar to “not…until….” Compare:

后天才有。 (It won’t be available until the day after tomorrow.)

    vs

后天有。(It will be available in two days.)

算了 means “forget it,” and is a casual way to end the conversation and change topics.

    Note:

包间 means private rooms. In China, people often reserve a private room for a reunion or a party.

免贵姓李 李 is the surname of Li Ming. 免贵姓+surname is a polite way to answer the question “您贵姓?”

订好 consists of a verb and an adjective. The adjective in the phrase indicates the result of the action, so it is called the resultative complement. 订好means the reservation (订) has been completed (好).
