    Irene y Gabriel se enamoraron después de conocerse en el Picnic Day. Les gusta montar en sus bicicletas en el Covell Greenbelt, caminar por el Arboretum y visitar el mercado en Central Park los miércoles y los sábados. Gabriel hace reír a Irene y ella se siente muy feliz con él.

    Hoy Gabriel e Irene están en Davis Creamery para comer helados. Gabriel está nervioso. Irene piensa que va a romper con ella 1 y está asustada porque no quiere perder a Gabriel.

    • Gabriel, ¿estás bien? Estás muy raro.
    • Umm, sí, claro, estoy como siempre. Bueeeenooo... tú y yo estamos juntos desde hace dos meses y no sé ... qué somos.
    • ¿Qué somos? No entiendo.
    • No sé si somos exclusivos o tenemos una relación abierta.
    • ¿Es que quieres estar con más personas? - pregunta Irene un poco asustada.
    • No, no. Yo solo quiero estar contigo.
    • Y entonces, ¿por qué preguntas si tenemos una relación abierta? ¿Y qué es ser exclusivos?
    • Ser exclusivos es que solo estás conmigo, no hay más personas en la relación.
    • Pues entonces quiero tener una relación exclusiva.
    • Entonces, ¿eres mi novia oficialmente?
    • Pues... i;claro!!

    De repente, Gabriel saca un anillo. Irene se pone muy nerviosa.

    • A ver, Gabriel. Me gustas mucho, pero soy muy joven para casarme. Tengo dieciocho años.
    • No es un anillo de compromiso 2 - Gabriel se sonroja 3 - Mi madrastra dice que un anillo simboliza el amor 4.
    • El anillo es precioso. Muchas gracias, Gabriel. - Pero Irene aún está un poco nerviosa. En su experiencia, ningún chico te regala un anillo si no se quiere casar...
    • Ahora que somos novios formales, quiero pedirte una cosa. El domingo mi familia va a hacer una cena familiar. ¿Quieres venir conmigo? - pregunta, incómodo.
    • ¿Así conquistas 5 a todas tus novias, con anillos y cenas familiares?
    • La verdad ... es que eres la primera persona que presento 6 a mi familia.
    • Oh - Irene no sabe qué decir -. Me encantaría ir a la cena y conocer a tu familia.
