O, Heavenly Father, Who has made us and all of creation:
Have mercy.
You, O Lord, are the source of all goodness and wisdom;
You, O Lord, desire that all come to know You;
You, O Lord, sent Your Son to be the Light of the world;
Shine your truth and mercy into our lives.
O, Jesus Christ, our Redeemer, Who has saved us and offers life to all: Have mercy.
You, O Lord, are the Light of the world;
You, O Lord, are the Bishop and Overseer of our souls;
You, O Lord, with the Father, sent the Holy Spirit to illumine our lives;
Shine your truth and mercy into our lives.
O, Holy Spirit, Who sanctifies and brings Divine comfort:
Have mercy.
You, O Lord, instruct and bring wisdom through the Gospel;
You, O Lord, order our lives in Your truth;
You, O Lord, diffuse hope as You guide us;
Shine your truth and mercy into our lives.
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, bring us into the way of life, righteousness, and truth. Bless the work of our various vocations as we are called to serve. Hear our prayer and bring us to your eternal joys now and forever. Amen.
