      By completing this assignment, students will be able to: 1. Explain the process of group formation by identifying factors that influence how groups are created, structured, and organized. 2. Analyze stages of group development by examining how groups progress through formation, conflict, collaboration, and goal achievement. 3. Evaluate factors that influence group effectiveness, including communication, leadership, roles, norms, trust, and conflict management.
