Course Description
This course explores the theory and practice of group dynamics through the lens of social justice. Students examine how power, identity, privilege, oppression, communication, leadership, conflict, and collective action shape group behavior in educational, organizational, and community settings. Emphasis is placed on experiential learning, critical reflection, collaboration, and equity-centered practices.
Course Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
