In groups of 2-3 (per your instructor), please spend 15 minutes complete the following activity. Each student should be prepared to share two pre-reading questions with the class after the activity time is up.

First, read your Knowledge Inventories out loud to each other.

Next, each of you should write down at least three questions that you feel would be interesting or helpful to grow your Body of Knowledge on the topic or topics. Feel free to be inspired by what your group members have shared.

Finally, discuss with your group what you think some questions are that each section listed in the Chapter’s “Introduction” might answer. Try to come up with one or two for each section.

Before time is up, decide who in your group will share the questions you developed together so that when you share, there are no repeated predictive or goal-oriented questions.

After time is up, your instructor will have each student share two questions that they hope to have answered or that they expect will be answered when they read the chapter in full.
