    Reverse Peer Feedback 1 Assignment

Sometimes peer feedback exercises prioritize assessing how well a peer thinks you completed an assignment. However, with reverse peer feedback, you will be assessing how well your peer gave you feedback on your assignment submissions.

For this reverse peer feedback assignment, your peer should give constructive feedback on this assignment:

    1. Expanded Introduction Section for the Social Justice Research Essay Assignment

As the peer giving feedback, prioritize giving feedback the addresses the following:

    1. How does the assignment submission address the social justice research topic?

    2. How well does the assignment submission address the assignment guidelines and/or argumentation method in focus?

    3. What constructive feedback do you have that is actionable, would support improvement, emphasizes strengths, and discusses opportunities for growth?

    4. What specific examples from the assignment submission support your constructive feedback?

    5. How can you share constructive feedback in a way that is clearly written, well-organized, and respectful?

As the scholar receiving reverse peer feedback, use the Reverse Peer Feedback Rubric to rate your peer’s constructive feedback. After that, you may also provide a brief comment that explains your ratings. That could be helpful to support both you and your peer’s peer review skills.

Note: You should keep the feedback from your peer because you will use it later during the revision workshop.
