    Write an essay analyzing the ethos, logos, and pathos of the film/play 12 Angry Men:

     

    Organization

     

    Paragraph 1- Introduction

    • Hook/Attention Getter

    • Response to Hook

    • Brief Summary of 12 Angry Men

    • Bridge Sentence

    • Thesis Statement

      • (For example only) Its effective use of ethos, pathos, and logos make 12 Angry Men a convincing argument for civic responsibility.

      • (For example only)  Though its use of emotion and logic is effective, the lack of  direct legal experience of author Reginald Rose compromises 12 Angry Men’s legitimacy.

      • (For example only) 12 Angry Men’s potent use of logic undermines any doubt about its authenticity and emotional bias.
