Students will break into groups of three or four and each group will be assigned a topic from the first eight topics on the Black History Milestones: Timeline. After reviewing the information about their assigned topic, each group will summarize/describe their topic to the class. Some questions to guide students thinking are: "What impact did your topic have on African Americans?" "What were the key important facts about your topic?" "What impact did your topic have on the United States in general?"
