This textbook is intended to replace the current, often cost-prohibitive textbooks assigned for required first-year composition classes at California community college campuses. It is meant to be a one-stop-shop for all introductory material. We hope this textbook has lived up to its ethos to be more affordable (free), accessible, equitable, and culturally relevant.
