Paso 1. Look around your classroom and create questions about the location of objects in the room.
Modelo:

Paso 2. Now work with a partner and take turns asking and answering the questions you prepared in Paso 1.
Modelo:
Estudiante 1: ¿Dónde está la profesora?
Estudiante 2: La profesora está detrás del escritorio.
Paso 3. Practice asking your questions again, but use the photos below to answer.
Preparación comunicativa 2: ¿Dónde está en el campus?
Use the map to talk about where different classes are located. Take turns giving the location of classes and telling what students generally do in those classes.
Modelo:
Estudiante 1: El salón de presas está al lado del gimnasio.
Estudiante 2: Los estudiantes corren en el gimnasio.
Preparación comunicativa 3: Tu casa
Paso 1. Take a few minutes and sketch out the floorplan for your house or apartment. It doesn´t need to be super detailed, but focus on where the rooms are located in your house.
Paso 2. Talk with a partner and start describing your house in Spanish. Your partner will sketch out a floor plan based on your descriptions. When you are finished, compare your drawings. Then switch roles.

Preparación comunicativa 4: Busquen las diferencias
Find a partner and then look at one of the images. Go back and forth with your partner to find at least 10 differences in the room. Write them down so you don´t forget.
Modelo:
Estudiante 1: En mi sala hay una televisión a la derecha del sofá.
Estudiante 2: Sí también tengo una televisión a la derecha.... / No, no tengo una televisión en mi sala. / Tengo una sala, pero está a la izquierda....
