vocabulario: los meses y las celebraciones
    Atención

Note: The links go to vocabulary practices and cultural info. You do not need to memorize all of the vocabulary from the links. Remember that this is your language learning journey. What might you want to talk about? What interests you? Focus on that. You will not be able to understand everything that is said in the videos. See if you can pick up some words. If so, that is great! These videos were first made for native speakers. They will give you a chance to hear the Spanish accent and get used to Spanish spoken at a normal speed by native speakers from Spain. I also recommend that you start looking for authentic videos with native speakers from other countries. Some will be added here, but it is also good for you to start to explore language and culture on your own.

What should you be able to do after studying this section? You should be able to pick the correct holiday from multiple choice when you hear or read a description of one of these holidays. You should also be able to describe your favorite holiday and tell why it is your favorite. Did I leave any holidays or celebrations out that are important to you? What are they? What are associated with them?
