Características de los ensayos expositivos

Diferencia entre ensayos expositivos y argumentativos.
Un ensayo es considerado expositivo cuando tiene por objetivo principal explicar algo y el argumentativo cuando trata de convencer. Es fácil que estas dos características se mezclen y por tanto, existen ensayos expositivos-argumentativos. Todo depende del tono que el escritor quiera darle a su ensayo.
Estructura de los ensayos expositivos
La estructura de este ensayo sigue la misma línea que las partes de todo texto: 1) tiene una introducción en donde se presenta el tema a desarrollar,2) luego el contenido donde se profundiza la exposición, y 3) una conclusión de las ideas.

Puedes incluir tablas, gráficos, fotos, imágenes o datos, de esta manera, podrás apoyar tu información.
Tienes que citar toda la bibliografía consultada (preferiblemente formato MLA) Puedes usar las fuentes que quieras, pero dos fuentes tienen que ser en español.
Extensión
La versión final de tu ensayo tiene que tener aproximadamente 2 páginas de texto, escritas a doble espacio.
Temas
- El ensayo es muy corto. Investiga un tema específico, como por ejemplo:
- Algún cultivo de los mencionados en los textos (sachapapa, cochayuyo, etc)
- Algún aspecto cultural relacionado a los Maya, Los Mapuche o los Wampis-Awajun (instrumentos musicales, organización social, religión, economia, idioma)
- Problemas que enfrentan las poblaciones (oleoductos, turismo, cambio climático, corporaciones)
- Artistas famosos de esas comunidades
- Algún tema relacionado a la Conquista, el colonialismo, los conceptos que estudiamos de colonialidad, Boaventura de Sousa Santos, Etc. Focalizate en una idea o un evento (por ejemplo, el debate sobre la humanidad de las personas indígenas, o qué quiere decir “colonialidad del ser”?)

Primera versión, 1 página (para intercambiar con un compañerx y discutir en clase): 25 de septiembre
Segunda versión (para entregarme vía email, google doc format): 27 de septiembre, 11pm
Versión final, 2 páginas (para entregar vía Blackboard): 4 de octubre, 11 pm
