Hola. Tengo 18 años. Cuando tenía 9 años mis padres se divorciaron. Fui a vivir con mi madre y mis abuelos en otra ciudad donde no conocía a nadie de mi edad. Nos mudamos tres veces más después de eso. Cuando tenía 11 años empecé a sentirme deprimido, pero yo no sabía que era depresión. Yo sólo sabía que estaba muy cansado todo el tiempo y que todas las cosas que me importaban antes, ya no me interesaban. No quería estudiar, hacer la tarea, ni ayudar en la casa. Sólo quería dormir y mirar la tele.
Mi madre y mis maestros decían que yo era perezoso y que era mal estudiante y mal hijo, pero yo le dije a mi madre que en mi cabeza yo sinceramente quería hacer las cosas bien, sacar buenas notas y ser buen hijo, pero que físicamente y mentalmente estaba tan cansado y sin energías para nada. Mi madre no tenía mucha información, pero empezó a hacer más investigación y por fin cuando tenía 13 años me llevó con una psicóloga que me diagnosticó con depresión y por dos años me ayudó con terapia.
