Note: COLORS IN CHINESE CULTURE White stands for the metal element and also symbolizes purity. However, white traditionally is associated with death and is the color worn at funerals. Black stands for the water element and is associated with destruction, evil, and disasters. It is bad forturn and should not be worn to auspicous occasions like weddings or birthday parties. |
