La mitad de la clase apoya esta noción y el resto la rechaza. Tomen 10 minutos para investigar y preparar sus argumentos a favor o en contra de estas afirmaciones.
a. Algunos políticos o tendencias políticas consideran más importante el desarrollo económico que el desarrollo sostenible.
b. Los negacionistas (climate deniers) son locos que no creen que el cambio climático exista a pesar de la evidencia científica lo demuestra.
c. La sostenibilidad sólo se puede lograr mediante acuerdos internacionales.
d. ¿De qué sirve reciclar, reducir y reusar si las fábricas no respetan el medio ambiente?
e. La conservación es la solución más sensata.
f. Los problemas ambientales son el resultado de la codicia.
g. La protección del planeta es posible solo mediante la intervención gubernamental.
h. La corriente generación se preocupa más del planeta que las previas.
i. La energía nuclear es mejor que otros tipos de energía.
